Focusing on Your Goals Through Partnership

I think partnership is one of the key factors that helped in our success in this business. I do the business with my husband, Tom. He manages the licensing and follows up with all the investment transfers while i build the business by talking to people and focusing on recruiting.

My mindset truly is that a great relationship allows me to be more effective in my role. I think this can be applicable to my team as well, because wee achieve the best synergy when all parts of the organization work together. Another aspect that really helped us has been focusing on THE GOAL! It is interesting to me to focus on a process perspective. It helps me in managing how I’m working, how my team is working and how to be more efficient. Our goal is to be RVP by May 2021 and to be $300K earners by December 2021!
