Learning to Believe in Yourself!

I’m so excited about the recent changes and growth I am experiencing in my business!

Since I joined Primerica, I have always believed in the company and the concepts, as well as the possibility of becoming extremely wealthy and successful. I just didn’t believe that these things could happen for me, until recently! The disruption we all experienced because of the pandemic was the perfect opportunity for me to reset. It literally forced me out of my usual routine and became the gateway for change.

I saw all that was going on in the company— all the growth and the incredible income milestones— and I decided that not only do I want that success for myself, but also that I DESERVE it! This shift in mindset was the key in developing a deeper belief in myself, and this belief changed everything. Most importantly, it made me dramatically increase my expectations.

My current focus is to duplicate the phenomenal leadership I have received from my upline Robert Thompson. As I recruit, field train, license and promote my new reps, I am totally focused on developing my trainees into productive and independent leaders. I truly believe that building is about helping my team work through their own limiting beliefs, while offering the guidance, leadership, mentorship and emotional support they need to become successful.
