Our Primerica Business Partnership

Primerica outlines the defining aspect of a true Partnership as “Two people working together to

build one Primerica business”. Being great Primerica business partners today, started with the fact that we are a couple that shares many of the same core values. We believe in working smart but are definitely not afraid of hard work. As a married couple we have always had a strong desire to be entrepreneurs and business owners, and are instilling this value in our children, as they are also an integral part of our partnership and family business . When we were introduced to the Primerica opportunity, we both immediately saw the vision and said “yes” because we realized that the opportunity would offer us the freedom to build our business around our family and not the family around the business. Being laser focused and working towards the same vision and goal, has not only strengthened our relationship, but has also made the home and office environment, a much happier place.

Our strength as partners both in marriage and business lies in our similarities and differences and how we work together to compliment and bring out the best in each other. As a former High School teacher and Football Coach, engaging, organizing, and presenting information comes with ease for Dillon. He is extremely comfortable and enjoys these aspects of the business. In our business partnership, Dillon is referred to as the ‘hunter’. He loves being in the field, recruiting, presenting and closing. Nadine on the other hand, is the ‘organizer’. She has a keen eye for detail, keeping up with policy and changes from home office, and making sure that the family and business run smoothly. We also function as each other’s accountability partner, making sure that we keep each other on track.

It’s not that we are incapable of performing each other’s duties, but we openly prefer not to, lol! The conscious division of labor, based on our character differences and strengths, coupled with good communication and our friendship, is key to our growth in life and business. We look forward to strengthening our partnership and business as we work towards our 2023 mission of RVP.
