Partnership is the key to success in Primerica business. Since we have started this business, I have always supported Jignesh in any situation. I told him “You take care business and just focus on the business! Don’t worry about kids and our home.” Aside from that, wee always attend all the training and big events together. It’s become a family business, as the kids continue to encourage their dad to excel in the business.

I integrate the discussion of the business with my extended family and kids because I think it is so important to ensure that everyone understands the business and what we are doing. I always communicate with team’s partner and help them to grow in this business. To ensure that we maintain it as a family business, I try and create a family atmosphere with all the partners and their families. Since day one, I have believed in the opportunity and I have aligned my actions with these beliefs. So, I encourage all partner to support their partners.
