Power of Partnership!!

Ragini and myself had realized since very beginning in our business that Partnership is the corner stone of Primerica business as we closely studied many successful people here. Two people locking arm and bringing their unique strength ensures the success and makes business more fun.

We could do our business very effectively and stress free because, we both have our role clearly established in our business. On top of all the homely responsibilities, kids and parents, Ragini takes care of Admin and office work, VBS, audit preparations, bringing leads, organizing and managing hierarchy events, maintaining relationships with RVPs, their team and our base shop, helping base shop reps prepare for the exams etc. so that I can stress free focus on recruiting, field training, run base shop trainings, develop RVPs, grow business, promotion in motion, team competitions etc.

I am so thankful to my partner Ragini for being extremely supportive, fully involved and keep me motivated in challenging times. She has been the real back bone of our business and have set true example of partnership for our team to follow. Strong partnership has allowed us to build our business around our family rather than building family around the business.

I must say that despite of all the challenges and with her never give up attitude, Ragini obtained both the life and the mutual fund licenses so that she could understands the business very well, knows what’s going on in the business, keeps me accountable every day and that makes much easier for us to stay on course to achieve our family and business goals.

Because of our mutual understanding and strong partnership foundation, we were able to manage everything so well and emerged as even stronger partners in this pandemic situation.

Ragini always encourage me to build and maintain strong relationship with our teammates and that helps me run Primerica as family business. She organizes many team dinners and hosts many team events at home as well as at the office which makes everyone in the team feel special and creates environment of enjoyment and fun.

We are so proud of our RVPs and Base shop team mates for always working hard and staying together with us in our good and challenging times.

Lastly, we are extremely fortunate to have Bobby and Candy to always look up to as strong partnership. Their example gives us passion, big vision and fuels the excitement to go to the greater heights all the time.

With Bobby and Candy’s support, we are looking forward to build million-dollar hierarchy in the legacy builder team.
