One of your first steps as the Partner of a Primerica Rep will be to adopt a Partnership role. That role will be based on the personal decisions you and your Partner make for your family and business. Keep in mind that there is no “right” or “wrong” way. In fact, you can support your Partner in a variety of ways.

Some Partners take a very active role and choose to help out with administration. Others become licensed just to learn more and a growing number are becoming licensed to help prospect, recruit and build the business. Still others choose to help by organizing support for their Partnerships.

The important thing is that you do whatever feels right and comfortable. These roles can be flexible and change over time with the needs of your business. You should never feel pressured into a role that you don’t feel good about.

A true Partnership is established when two people set goals they both agree on and then work together to achieve them.
