SUCCESS AND GOOD COACHING KEEPS US PUMPED UP

Successful people are goal oriented people. They set goals and inculcate diligent work habits that set them on the path to achieving their goals. Continuous planning is a necessary element in the process towards accomplishment of one's dreams. Belief , determination and persistence are attitudes with which to set the pace for you. Believing in yourself will get you over the first hurdle. Getting pass the negatives and disappointments and letting the positives and encouragement be your motivation will get you on your way.

Success can be infectious if you mingle with successful people. Having the Gocools' constant motivation to guide us day after day has surly infected us with the success virus. Bobby and Candy's professional coaching has been the key to our many successes over the years since joining Primerica. Their coaching and teaching do not stop with their face to face or online presentation but continue with daily personal mentoring, encouragement and guidance through direct phone contact. How can We not keep persevering when we have such committed motivators? Seeing how pumped up they are leaves us no room to slack off on our desire to succeed.

We are pumped up when we are challenged. One of the greatest motivating incentives orchestrated by Primerica is the competition for trips and recognitions. Competing for these rewards energies and propels us with the impetus to work harder because for us nothing is sweeter than winning. However winning is not always a sure thing because it is not as easy as it seems. Dedication to the task and commitment to an action plan must be the hall mark of one's endeavors. Competing for rewards can be tricky when you have to go up against giants in the industry, so failure is not alien to me. Not appearing on the winning list do not cloud our focus. You have to be able to take hits and move on. We take a little time out and gear up for the next challenge.

However we must not neglect to highlight the importance of coaches Bobby and Candy for not allowing us to lag behind: their constant 'checking in' on our performance and progress has kept us on the move towards our goals. The encouragement, support and words of wisdom from fellow teammates have also been springboards for our success. A big thank you to our team, Always believe in yourself never doubt your abilities to succeed. Reach for the stars!
