The crusade of doing what’s right for people was the ultimate reason I chose to change my career and my life.

Deep down, I was really searching for something where I would realize my full potential as a person. I knew it would not be easy, and that I would have to work harder than I had ever worked.

This is a people business and at the time in my life when I was just coming into the company, I was somewhat of an introvert.

There were two choices for me - work for the bank for the next 36 years and end up with journey of broke (JOB) or taking a chance with Primerica and totally changing my life.
