Anything is Possible When YOU Believe

Karlene and I are so excited to have been able to cross over our first diamond and so filled with gratitude toward the amazing business opportunity that Primerica is for anyone willing to give it their best shot! With our mindset anchored in the reality that hard work does payoff once you are aligned with a vehicle that can get you to your unreasonable goals, we are pushing for the next level.

12 years ago, when I joined Primerica, it was only to provide some extra part time income to support Karlene who was in the states getting her master’s in special education. I was only looking for an extra $500 to $1000 per month. My job as a call centre Team Leader was only paying me $2500 take home each month which was only $30,000 take home per year, so we needed more money to support an international student. In our push month to go over the ring in November we made $30,000! When you believe in this business and then believe that you can do this business anything is possible. You really can do unreasonable things here.

We are so incredibly grateful for the support we got from my brother from another mother upline RVP Coach Mike Woolsey and from our great Mentors Gery & Rebecca Bittner, Brian & Cheryl Duxbury, Don & Elaine Boardman and Bobby & Candy Gocool. You need to tie into those that have gone before you who can take you through the mine fields. You also need foxhole buddies that will share your growth pains with and encourage one another to the next level and I can’t tell you how much we appreciate the friendship we developed with the awesome RVP team of Janet & Corey Barker. Form relationships with people that will elevate you.

Coming into this year we knew we didn’t want to be left behind in this incredible surge that was happening through covid. We made a decision that the ring would be ours this year and we set the goal for November. We didn’t know how it would happen; we just knew it would take a higher level of work ethic than I had ever applied to be able to see it through. When you make decisions, doors open up because you are actively seeking to win. Miguel Illidge says there is no such thing as luck in this business but for the person that is after it everyday, opportunities are more abundant because they are in the game every minute of everyday. We want to be in it everyday and grow an incredible business with incredible people.

Our focus is ownership and beyond, and we know that requires building a great team. There are awesome families on our team, and we want to win with them. There are also awesome families that aren’t in our business yet and we can’t wait to go find them! See you at the top
