Be like a stamp: "Stick to 1 Thing Long Enough Until You Get to Your Destination"

In the beginning we joined Primerica to make an extra $500 a month. At that time, the dream and hope of being able to make an extra $500 a month would have changed our lives. We were broke and barely surviving financially. We had absolutely no experience in financial services, but we did have integrity, a good work ethic, and an aspiration to do better and loved what Primerica stood for. Those qualities are really all you need to start. Everything else you can learn along the way. It is truly remarkable to look back at that time and be sitting here today making over $400,000 a year on our way to $500,000. Never in a million years would our biggest dreams back then have looked like our reality today!

The irony is that we came here to make money…but along the way the reason we stayed was much bigger than the money. Once we truly understood what this company does and the impact it has for families, we knew this was going to be where we planted our flag. The money was just a bonus. The true level of success is in the amount of people we can help reach their goals. There is no better feeling then sitting with a new associate or client and not only giving them hope, but an actual clear vision on how to financially change their lives. Helping people during moments of struggle, and having them look at you and say, “Thank you…you’ve changed our lives.” I mean there is no price tag you can put on how that makes you feel. All the struggles and challenges that you will face in business will be worth it when you start to truly understand the IMPACT you can have on people and in your own life! I heard a quote a long time ago… “be like a stamp, stick to one long enough until you get to your destination.”

There really are no words to describe this company short of phenomenal! The support, resources, and recognition they provide is unmatched. We are grateful every day that we get to work for ourselves and create a life. Most people today don’t create their life, week, month, year, they react to live.
