We are very grateful for another opportunity to share our story. This is all possible because of the fantastic people of “Team on the Move.” Your dedication and commitment to excellence make us great leaders. WE LOVE YOU!

We trust our journey will inspire you to move to the next level of greatness. There is a time to 1) think of something, 2) join something, and 3) start something. We realized that the shorter the time between “thinking” and “starting,” the more successful we can become.

Ann and I used to work dead-end, 9-5 jobs that made us miserable. Realizing that we needed more in life than our previous jobs’ could provide, we decided to look at our options. We set out on a quest to find more meaningful and purposeful work, that would also allow us to make more income so we could live the lives we wanted to live. At that time, we were introduced to Primerica. We started our Primerica business in 2000 and qualified as Regional Vice Presidents in May of 2004. Because of Primerica’s superior business system, we earned $50K of annual income and our Power Builder Watch by February 2005. This was followed by our $100K and Power Builder Ring in October 2005, $200K in August 2015, $300K in July 2019, and finally $400k in August 2021. Our plans will allow us to celebrate $500K by December, $750K by the Convention in June 2022, and close the year with the $1,000,000 ruby ring in December 2022.

Our financial freedom has undoubtedly led to better options and quality of life for our family. Our daughter, Keisha, has degrees in Science and Education (Honours) and is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Education. She has the capacity and plans to pursue her Ph.D., and thankfully, we have the finances to support her goals. Our son, Kevin, has a degree in Kinesiology (Honours) and recently became a chiropractor. Congratulations, Dr. Deoraj! Our youngest son, Krsna Daniel, was born on April 1st, 2010, which coincides with the day Primerica became a publicly traded company. Just like the healthy growth of our company, Krsna Daniel has grown into a promising young man; he has only been exposed to abundance in his lifetime.

We are more excited than ever and understand that we have only scratched the surface of the magnitude of the opportunity that Primerica provides. Our process is easy to do, but it is also easy not to do. However, success starts with a written goal, adjusting to the adversities you face, staying focused, being coachable, competing, playing for the team, and leading from the front. Also, success takes a higher level of mental toughness skills. Our mantra is: our personal growth and team size will drag our income along with it. As such, we feel we are on a great trajectory to the ruby ring!

The role of leadership today is not just about making money. Leadership is also about making meaning. This company allowed us to create a legacy for our family by helping others achieve the same for their families. As we move forward, we are supporting our teammates as they step up and into their own successes. We hope to see them earn their Power Builder Watches by February 2022 and, subsequently, their RVP contracts and Power Builder Rings by the convention in June 2022. To our RVPs Bev and Vishnu Dulall, we look forward to celebrating your second diamond and full ownership by June 2022!

We strongly believe that few things energize the human spirit more than the desire to make a difference in the lives of others. We will forever be grateful to those that have supported our successes. First, to the Circle of Champions: MDE and SNSD Bobby and Candy Gocool. Your leadership is invaluable. Thank you for always believing in us. Secondly, to our team: thank you for your faith in us and for trusting us enough to place your families’ futures in our hands. Thirdly, to all the champions of the Legacy Builders organization: we are endlessly grateful for your love, support, and friendship.

Finally, it is often said that behind every great man is an even greater woman. In my case, I owe it all to four great women: my mom, Juliet; Ann’s mom, “Nan”; and our daughter, Keisha, for loving and supporting me unconditionally. The thank-you that always leaves me lost for words is directed to my beautiful wife, Ann, for whom I would need to write a book to show my gratitude. Her presence challenges me to be better in all that I do, and the fact that I closed the deal on her gives me the confidence needed to be a Legend in Life. I love you and thank you for everything.

Raj & Ann Deoraj
